Products / IPCare Remote Support

The line is down Your

400 km away.

IPCare puts a qualified automation engineer on your problem in minutes, remotely. PLC, VFD, HMI, SCADA. No waiting for the next site visit.

The situation

Most breakdowns don't need a body on the shop floor. They need someone who has seen the fault before.

A drive trips on an overcurrent fault that isn't an overcurrent problem. An HMI stops talking to the PLC after a power dip. A parameter set gets overwritten and nobody knows what it was. Every one of these is solvable in under an hour by the right engineer, and every one of them costs a full shift while you wait for that engineer to reach your gate.

You escalate to the OEM. You get a ticket number. The plant head asks you for a time and you don't have one to give him.

What IPCare is

A remote support service for control systems

IPCare is Industry Pro's remote support service for control systems: PLC, VFD, HMI, and SCADA. It has two parts: a secure remote-access kit installed at your panel (a one-time cost), and a subscription that puts our automation engineers on the other end of it, sized to how much support your plant needs.

The engineers on the line are the same ones who commission systems on site, working on your plant without the travel in between. Where remote can't finish the job, we escalate it ourselves. You raise it once.

What we support

Multi-brand, across the control stack

Control systems PLC troubleshooting, logic modification, program recovery, backup and restore
Drives VFD faults, parameterisation, soft starters, drive replacement configuration
Operator interfaces HMI faults, screen development, PLC to HMI communication failures
Supervisory systems SCADA configuration, tag mapping, historian and reporting issues
Networks Profibus, Profinet, Modbus, Ethernet/IP communication faults
Panels Control-panel diagnostics, I/O and field-device troubleshooting

What you get

What a subscription actually buys

Remote support whenever you need it

Raise the fault on WhatsApp and an engineer picks it up. No ticket queue, no callback window, no waiting for the diagnosis to start.

An engineer, not a ticket number

You deal with a named automation engineer who knows your equipment and your plant history. The second call doesn't start from zero. When you call back three months later, the person on the other end already knows what your line runs.

Breakdowns stop being yours alone to carry

When a machine goes down, you're the one accountable to the plant head. IPCare puts someone else on the hook for the fix with you, someone who owns the resolution, not just the advice.

An automation consultant on call

Most of what our clients use IPCare for isn't breakdowns. It's the second opinion before a capex decision, the review of a vendor's proposed scope, the question about whether a 14-year-old PLC is worth migrating this year or next. Retained expertise, without hiring it.

Remote program development

We write and modify logic remotely, not only diagnose it. PLC program changes, HMI screen development, SCADA configuration, new-line programming, scoped and quoted per project.

Every session documented

Fault, root cause, action taken, parameters changed. You get a written record after each session that stays with the plant. When the same fault appears in two years, the answer is already in your file, whoever is sitting in your chair.

Preventive reviews, not only firefighting

Under maintenance and annual plans, we review system health, backups, and drive condition on a set schedule, so we're finding problems in a planned window instead of during a production run.

On retainer

An automation consultant, on retainer

Plants don't fail because nobody could fix the drive. They fail because nobody was thinking about the control system between breakdowns.

You get the judgement of an automation engineering team without carrying one on your payroll.

Under a running IPCare contract, that's the part we take on:

  • System and architecture reviews on your installed base
  • Migration and modernisation planning for ageing PLC, drive, and SCADA platforms
  • Technical review of vendor quotes and proposed scopes before you commit
  • Specification support for new lines and expansions
  • Backup, version control, and documentation discipline across your control systems

Escalation

When remote isn't enough

Some faults need hands on the hardware. A drive is physically failed. A card is dead. A panel needs rework.

That's where IPCare stops being a support line and starts being Industry Pro. The same engineer who diagnosed it remotely arranges the repair through our partner network across 40+ locations, sources the spare, including obsolete and hard-to-find parts, and, when the job needs it, puts an engineer on your site.

You don't get handed off. You don't raise a second request with a different team. We take the job, and we own the outcome.

Get in touch

Your next breakdown is already scheduled. You just don't know when.

Tell us what you run and what's been failing. We'll tell you honestly whether IPCare fits your plant, and which plan makes sense if it does.
