Service Issue: You must have encountered a significant issue with the service provided by Industry Pro, such as incomplete work, technical errors, or failure to meet agreed-upon specifications.

Notification: You must notify us of the issue within 5 days of the service completion or delivery date.

Resolution Attempts: You must have made reasonable attempts to resolve the issue with Industry Pro before requesting a refund. This may include providing detailed feedback, allowing additional time for resolution, or working with our customer support team to address the issue.

Refund Process: If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria above, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Send an email to info@industrypro.in with the subject line “Refund Request” and provide details of the issue you encountered.

Review Process: Our team will review your request and investigate the issue to determine eligibility for a refund.

Refund Approval: If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 15 business days. The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the transaction.

Exceptions: Please note that certain services may be exempt from refunds, including:
Services that have been completed or delivered as per the agreed-upon specifications.
Services that have been partially consumed or utilized by the customer.
Services provided on an hourly or project basis where work has already commenced.
